1. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping within the UK is free on all orders. No additional handling or processing fees are applied at checkout.

2. Processing and Delivery Times

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days after dispatch
Order cut-off time: 12:00 CET

Timeframes may vary due to:

carrier workload,
weather conditions,
public holidays,
the customer's geographic location,
customs procedures (where applicable).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

3. Customs and Import Charges

VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout. UK customers will not be charged any additional customs duty, VAT, or import fees on delivery. All our shipments are sent with nothing further owed.

4. Changing Your Delivery Address

If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, no changes can be made.

5. Cancelling Orders

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still return the item in accordance with our Refund Policy.
