Delivery times given are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

carriers,
adverse weather conditions, or
periods of high demand.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under:

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the technical infrastructure for the site but is not a party to the sales contract between you and Orvalés.

All obligations relating to:

delivery,
returns, and
customer service

are the sole responsibility of Orvalés.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity,
breach applicable UK law,
infringe intellectual property rights,

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
